I am so appreciative of how Byron and the technician team (Ricardo and others) took the time to figure out how to fix this new-to-me car correctly. They stood behind Honda's quality and warranty to ensure too-notch quality and service to make sure that this car that I just purchased was working correctly. They also kept me informed throughout the process (which involved collaboration with Honda Techline). They also provided a loaner car to ensure that the selling of my previous Honda Civic was not adversely affected. This service team did a fantastic job!
