First time at harding honda,and I will come back, this place is pretty good, all the way around excellent service, little trouble releasing the car at the end of it,had to wait a little longer the maybe normal, but it paid off, I got a free car wash pass.

The service advisor was great, however the female cashier, that rang me out was checked for the day, and if the customer can notice that, that's where it becomes a problem. She held a side conversation with fellow emplyee that had nothing to do with work. Honestly I didn't feel valued, pretty sad given that fact that price is reasonable for an oil change, but unfortunately I can't say I would recommend this place to a friend. I know my car is pretty new however, an invite to a future oil change, or just simple piece of minds chat, regarding what the service all came with would have been nice.

Steven Paisley was awesome. I didn’t like how I saw my car racing around the lot after getting washed with so many other vehicles out. I have 130 employees who I keep at 5mph while driving around our lot. I think it’s a good place to start considering the possible liabilities. I will keep coming to Hardin until it becomes completely unsafe to do so.
