Darin was very nice and helpful. Explained what they were going to do and gave me an estimate. Invited me to use the guest area to wait for the work to be completed. As I had a toddler with me we spent some time outside walking around looking at cars and clouds. Every employee we encountered was very pleasant and social.

Not sure if it was Rep so much as Honda's "policy" but was already "decided" that my car's issue was related to an accident 12 months ago BEFORE doing diagnosis or further inspection just to make sure I knew they weren't covering the cost of the diagnosis and ultimately repairs. So if it's already determined by Honda and it's determined otherwise by the collision center that did the work, Honda isn't going to be open to the idea that something else might be going on. They've already decided; that's how they problem-solve? To be close minded? That tells me you're not concerned about my safety, you're concerned about who is going to pay for it.
