I was promised to have the vehicle out and ready for a late night pickup but when I came to the front desk at 6pm my car was nowhere to be found. Front desk was unable to help. Manager was unable to help. And I did not have my car for work the next day I had to call in sick at my workplace. I was told the service manager was contacted and that she would contact me back but that has never happened I don’t know if it is even true that she was really contacted. This is unacceptable and very unfortunate and nobody at Hardin Honda was willing to go out of their way to help. Now I have lots of trouble to have someone to come get the car and am losing my pay in the process. I’m completely dissatisfied this time.
