No need to contact me, Steve was great customer service, explained everything, was friendly and helped my co-worker when she dropped me off. The only part I was unsatisfied with is being charged $125. For update to my system, I believe that should be checked/updated when I bring my vehicle in for regular service. I am a loyal customer and there are times I feel I am charged for maintenance that should be included in regular maintenance.
