I was charged the oil & filter change which supposed to be free at this year since I was in Oil & Filter Reward program from the 2009)the year I bought this Honda).
I mentioned to Mr Moreno and Mr Alfredo Neia that I still got free of charges every other year without any required service in order to be rewarded.
Mr Moreno and Mr Alfredo insisted and keep saying that I can get free of oil & filter free of charge if I have the tire rotation.
This is a string attached for me to continue reward program and I feel cheated by Hardin Honda where I faithfully trust when I bought this Honda Civic in 2009.
