There were two separate problems with this visit and I'm not blaming anyone in particular. First problem: I called the service number several times over the two days my car was in the shop and always got a recording that I had reached a full mailbox if I pressed 2. I eventually did a workaround by calling the main dealer number and having the parts department hunt down a service person. Second problem: I had a 9 AM appointment, but a mechanic didn't start assessing my vehicle until 10 AM the next day. That's a long wait!

It took longer to get my car serviced than expected. When I asked if they were busy today, I was told yes, they were very busy and that my car might get serviced in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I said I was fine with that and that I’d be glad to wait. After 3 hours, I checked on the car, and it was just being serviced.
(Thanks for the coffee and popcorn during my wait. :). )
I was completely satisfied with the service rep, Zachary. He checked the service history on my car and confirmed the service needed at this time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. (I don’t blame him for the delay.) I appreciated his pleasant, calm, friendly manner.

Juan was not very helpful in providing estimate on timing for vehicle assessment. First update didn’t come until late in the afternoon after 8am drop off. Incomplete updates and ended by saying he wasn’t going to be there the next day so I can just wait for an update.
