Went for the two recalls and oil change/tire rotation. Made me sign something to scam me in order to make me pay. Bought the car a couple months ago I don’t know why I would need to pay anything. After my vehicle was ready to be picked up I asked him what was the reason I was being charged so I can get over it and get scammed but I wanted to know what they wanted to say for a reason why. He said I already signed it so I just had to pay. As a Honda person who always went to Honda for a vehicle this will be my last Honda vehicle. It’s not complicated when someone buys a car just have them able to get oil changes and tire rotations until the car hits 24k miles. If Toyota, BMW, even Ford can do it it should be super easy for Honda too. For someone who overpaid for a civic I expect hospitality and friendly employees in order to make it seemly and easy for the consumer. But I guess everyone that works in that dealership just wants money and doesn’t care about their customers.

Cesar was the tech who helped with the fuel pump recall. He took down my info. Helped me at the check in kiosk inside. Escorted me to waiting area. Explained about shuttle service. 15 minutes later he came back and showed where the shuttle was. BTW, excellent shuttle driver. It was full, and I was last dropped off. He is a great driver. Hardin Honda Service dept is the only reason why I continue to take my car there. They are the only reason I even deal with Hardin Honda period after a terrible experience with getting no response from the sales dept after a used car purchase. Hardin Honda service dept staff has ALWAYS been professional, KIND AND COURTEOUS. The manager went WAY above in prior visits due to a car that had issues right after purchase from sales and no one helped me except for the Service sales manager.

I paid for a tire rotation but my tires were not rotated. My back right tire is missing a hubcap and when I got my car back I noticed the back right tire still had no hubcap, if the tires were rotated that would not be the case
