Cezar & Matt got our Civic back to us fixed on the first go round after a rodent did major electrical damage to the engine. As a bonus they got the A/C recall completeld that we didn’t know needed to be repaired. Thanks Hardin Honda again.

Chris Montag is awesome!!!! I’m always greeted with a smile. He is very honest with me about my car repairs. I’ve been a Hardin Honda customer for over ten yrs. Starting with my 2004 CRV and newer cars and have always received excellent service and never taken advantage of re: the repairs. I will stay with Hardin Honda until forever :)

Went in for a fuel pump recall. AC was working properly when I came in to service. AC was not functioning properly when I left. Called Cezar back, he stated they had found 2 leaks but failed to mention this in person and it is also not written on the paperwork given. He stated no work was done on the AC… I understand that, however I could not get a clear answer as to why I went in with my AC working and 4 hours later it was not. This is my 3rd unpleasant experience at this dealership and the reason why I choose not to service my vehicle here and become a “loyal” Honda customer. 1st bad experience, 2018, a 4 hr oil change. 2nd bad experience, took it to check the AC in 2021 left it on a Wednesday 7am appointment, they kept the vehicle all day Wednesday and Thursday. I called Friday morning and they stated the car had NOT YET BEEN INSPECTED. I let them know to not do anything at this point and I would come get my car back. I came to pick up the vehicle, the receptionist tells me they were in the middle of inspecting it. Asked them to stop, and asked to speak with the GM. The GM basically stated that my car (even with an appointment) did not get seen as priority because I had not serviced my vehicle there since my purchase in 2018. He let it be known priority lies with loyal customers. He also said the AC was probably not under warranty anymore, turns out on this visit it still was. Since that experience from the GM, I went ahead and spent money elsewhere trying to fix my AC. The money was never the issue, but he made it seem that way when he threw out there that without the warranty it would cost me thousands of dollars to fix the AC. In 2025 I have now returned for a fuel pump recall. That part was fine except for there being no answer as to why my AC is now not working after their inspection. I will now take it to where I got the AC fixed so they can fix it back to working. Never again returning to this service center. I apologize to the staff, but it is very frustrating that it’s been horrible experience time and time again. The service representative are friendly and professional, however there seems to be a disconnect in communication and the outcome of my vehicle this afternoon is unfortunate. Cezar stated he would send me the full inspection report on the leak and never did. My email is (which I am sure they have on file) please send the report when possible from 5/07/2025 visit on the leaks found.
