I have an issue with the clear coat on the rear of my vehicle. My service representative said he was going to check with the district manager about what we can do to repair that issue. I have not heard back from him. We pay a premium price to get my vehicle serviced at Hardin Honda. I expect premium customer service.

I waited for 35 min. After was told the car was ready. Also was quoted score. Was quoted a price and when the bill was $35 more. The previous service work wasn’t done that was paid, I had bring the car back in to complete the work. I had problem with the express service at previous service with them losing wheel locks. I will not bring my for service anymore to Hardin.
