Did not call me 30 mins ahead to work with my schedule to pick up my car. Was not informed the service shop closed at 6pm. I arrived shortly after 6 due to heavy traffic. Was an inconvenient and frustrating experience. The next day I picked up my car, then later that evening my car started having issues starting the car. One problem after another after taking it to hard Honda.
