I went in for a recall. My appointment was at 8:15am. I got there at 8 and asked if I could add an oul change because I tried booking online and it wouldn’t let me because it says it isn’t necessary. I was told I would likely have a 2 hour wait. Never once was it said “at least” 2 hours, they said at most. I said I didn’t mind the 2 hours so I was not even offered a courtesy ride. I got there at 8 and did not leave until 12. The entire time I sat in the waiting room watching every else get check-ins and courtesy rides in shuttles and accommodated cars. I never got a call for extended time or even a check in after the initial 2 hours elapsed. This was my first time coming to Hardin because it was now the closest service station to me. Definitely not the best experience.
