Yall did a great job being efficient and prepared with all items I needed. Had a recall fuel pump and A/C issue - called ahead of time to confirm parts would be good. So far the fix has been great! Was a bit hard to get confirmation of when the fix would be finished - but it was a labor intensive fix, so I understand that may cause the finish to be a bit more ambiguous. Outside of that - no issue with communication at all!

I appreciated Darin’s attention to detail. I have a DMV drive test in a couple of weeks and I needed to make sure my car was fully operational. I dropped off my car to get safety recall, air conditioning service and oil change done. Car was left there all day. I came to pick up at the end of the day and the oil change had not been done. Everything else was good but really needed the oil change done.

I arrived at 10:30 and was told it would be about 1 and a half hours. About noon the service agent said the techs were going on a lunch break. Told me it would be about 1:30 to get done. It was finally ready at 2:30. 4 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation and inspection. I was given a $20 discount. A few weeks ago I took My wife’s Ioniq to the dealer in Tustin for the same thing. Took a little over an hour. Their waiting room had a complimentary selection of coffee, other beverages and snacks. You have coffee. And an empty popcorn machine. And vending machines. The oil change though seems fine but then, how would I know?
