Darin is awesome! I have worked with him in the past and have always been satisfied, but yesterday he went above and beyond. He tried to help me set up my phone/car communication. Unfortunately it appears the phone button on my car’s menu does not work and I will have to bring it back in, but he tried for 20 minutes, checking and trying to factory reset. Darin is always helpful, but I felt he gave excellent customer service yesterday. Thank you Darin!

The service was good. The only thing I’m complaining about is that I purchased a car last year. I was told that I would be given two complementary oil changes. The first one was given but I was not told that the 2nd one had an expiration date. When I came in yesterday, they first said I was over the mileage which was incorrect and then followed by, it should have been done by last week. I was too late. There’s always one excuse or another why I can’t ever get what was offered.
I guess that’s why I’ve lost faith taking my car in for servicing.
