Zachary was great!! He greeted me friendly, shook my hand, explained the process and how much time it would most likely take. I got both a text message notification when they were finished and he called me to let me know.
My only complaint is not Zachary related, it’s that I was told all fluids would be checked, when I picked it up I asked if they had to top any off and they checked the paperwork and told me no, that it was the oil change & filter and they checked my tire pressure.
But when I left I went to use my windshield washer and it ran out after 1 tiny squirt. When I got home I had to refill it and it was completely empty. Not the end of the world that they didn’t fill that but it did make me doubt that they checked all my fluids.
