I had an 8:30 apt. I called at 4ish and I was told my car wouldn’t even been attended to that day. Would’ve dropped it off the next day if someone had said they were backed up that much.

I did have one question that didn't get answered - I believe Cesar may have left for lunch when my vehicle was ready for pick up so I didn't get to speak with him. When I dropped off the vehicle I noted that the rear wiper blade housing had cracked and chipped off. I wanted to know if this was covered by the extended warranty we purchased with the vehicle. If I could get a follow up response it would be appreciated.

Cezar is the absolute BEST! He and Gerry are the only reason I continue to go to Hardin Honda for all of my vehicles needs.
