Overall the issue on my car was finally able to be resolved which I really do appreciate. What I don’t appreciate was the effort put forth to get things going. I left 2 messages (one a voicemail and another I talked to a gentlemen who said he’d leave a note) on separate occasions for Alfredo to call me back in which he never did so then I had to call when I had time. When scheduling this appointment for today I had to call a total of 4 times because someone picked up and I told them who I was and then the line went dead twice. I find this completely unacceptable for a dealership who I would think relies on their customer service for more clientele to be recommended to come here. I was also told when I got my axles changed which were covered under warranty how it’s an inconvenience for them as they are doing a service for free and aren’t being paid. Umm… first off why are you telling me this when I did not make the warranty. Second off why would you tell a client this when if the customer service is great id come back to get paid mechanic work done on my car. I really do appreciate them finding the issuing and fixing it but I do not appreciate the customer service over the course of time I’ve dealt with this. Will I come back we will see.

There is a lot of noise coming from the panel between the back seat and the trunk. I have been coming and telling the service for three months. I am taking a video where the noise is coming from. The sound is clearly visible. The last time I brought the car, I left it at eight in the morning. I came to pick up the car in the evening. They told me that they found the fault. There were loose screws. We tightened them. They said the problem was gone. I picked up the car and left an hour later. Nothing had changed. The sound was coming again. No work had been done on my car. They treated me like a fool. If you cannot solve a problem with a vehicle under warranty, it means tarnishing the name of the Honda brand. I took it to a mechanic outside. I explained the problem to him. He found the problem in half an hour and fixed it. I gave him $200 in return. I am asking you. What is your understanding of warranty?

In the past, i've had the mechanic put oil finger prints.On the inside of my leather door panel.Also break one of my personal items inside my car it's without even telling me.As if i wasn't going to notice. Then i've had unpleasant experience whenever I leave my car. Nobody ever calls me. I have to call them like 3-4 times to get any kind of information. Being that i need to be in the know. Being that, i'm also dealing on my end with the warranty department and with a rental car and my job i put on pause. I really would suggest that people's belongings in their car, need to be respected.Along with their car without damaging it. Also, when somebody leaves their car there. Even if it's a couple days and they're busy. they need to call the customer and be on the what to know, be in touch with the client at all times. Even when I left messages for them to call me back, they've never called me back. I had to ask for the supervisor I believe his name is Alejandro in service. He was very cordial, very patient and understood where i was coming from. Most of us that leave our cars there, our cars are our babies! We need much communication. They should not assume that once a customer leaves their car that they don't have to hear about anything until uts time to pay. Even if we have warranty on the car and it gets approved!? They need to call the customer and ask them, can we proceed with the fixtures. It is nerve wrecking and disrespectful for them to assume they could just do whatever they want with our cars, or our time or communication. Show more customer service, it is crucial! Otherwise, this is how you lose customers and get bad reviews. I don't leave bad reviews because I usually ask to talk to somebody right then and there who's in charge.
