Juan was demeaning, dismissive, and eager to dismiss my concerns. I was promised a morning check in before working on my vehicle and instead he ran a code read and wiped a recall off my VIN. If he would have viewed the permanent code I wouldn’t be paying $750 out of pocket for a recalled part. I would never work for an establishment that had someone like Juan in a customer facing position. Absolutely abhorrent customer service and borderline fraudulent activity.
