Was told car would be done by 3p the next day at the latest, guaranteed. Was called and told it would likely be ready by the end of the first day. Was not ready, which is fine. Called at 2p today and was told it’ll be ready in time. I had to show up at a little past 4p to grab my car, ended up being late for work.

When I got my car, I was driving on the freeway and the bottom of my car started scraping the floor, they forgot to attachment the bottom back onto the car, and the tire pressure warning appeared as well!!

It took 22 hrs for them to replace my splash guard. I was told at 4:00 pm that I could decide to install a new splash guard but it wouldn’t be available until 8:30 the next day which I agreed to. I arrived at 8:30 hoping to retrieve my car but it was not available until 10:30.
