I felt that the service done on my car was slow. Updates were slow to get to me. Messages were not returned. The drivers seat was completele readjusted. The workperformed seams to be done well but the customer service was lacking

Through this letter, I would like to formally file a complaint regarding the service I received on July 1, 2025, at your service center. On that day, I took my vehicle in for service and was given an estimated pick-up time. However, the service took more than 10 and a half hours, and at no point was I clearly informed or given proper updates about the status of my car. The advisor who assisted me, Mr. Adrian Moreno, demonstrated a completely unprofessional, sarcastic, and unkind attitude. When I arrived at the shop, he was on a call “with a customer,” speaking very informally for over 10 minutes. Upon noticing my frustration, he made a sarcastic comment, saying “someone is already mad,” which I consider an unacceptable sign of disrespect. In addition to the poor service, I felt that I was treated in a discriminatory manner because I am Hispanic and an older woman, which made this negative experience even worse. After everything that happened, I was offered a free oil change for my next visit, as if this could compensate for the poor experience and offensive treatment I received. I consider this offer inappropriate and superficial, as it does not address the core problem nor repair the harm caused. Finally, I was charged at 6:00 pm even though my vehicle was not ready. When the mechanic took the car out for a test drive, I noticed that they did not put a protective cover on the seat, and he got in with dirty clothes, showing a great lack of care and respect for my property. I feel deeply disappointed and offended. This type of treatment damages Hardin Honda’s reputation and destroys the trust I had placed in your brand as a customer. For all of the above, I request a formal explanation and immediate corrective measures to prevent situations like this from happening again, as well as a formal apology for the discriminatory treatment I received.
