I am not happy with the service SA Chris provided. I have been a loyal customer of Hardin Honda for 10years since I bought my 2015 Honda Accord Coupe from your dealer. I was enrolled to the customer loyalty program which offered me free oil change and service with every minor service and I have not had any issue with any SA for the last 10 years until this time around when I had to bring my car to the express oil change service and met Chris. According to Chris, he said there was a mistake and that people was not supposed to give me free oil change unless I pay for the other minor service. I have been paying and following the rules of the program for the last 10 years. I have not once had any SA advisors told me such thing. When I asked how much should I pay for those minor maintenance service he said it’s $89.95, that is the cost of the oil change and minor service maintenance. That is deceptive and misleading.he said he would write it in my record to make sure I pay next time. If this is how you treat your loyal customers and tried to find a way to stop honoring my customer loyalty program then fine. I can take my business to Honda Buena Park. I have been driving extra miles to Hardin Honda just because you treated your customers right. If Chris decided that I no longer deserved it. I will happy bring my business elsewhere.

While driving my car going home it was making this loud noise. Then my TPMS light came on. I pulled to the side of the road to find that one of my lug nut was loose and almost came off. My tires were rotated during Honda’s service. Everything else was ok before this service. I’m not yet sure if the noise is gone. I’m so disappointed!

Everyone was very polite and friendly. I do have one regarding the wait time; I was told it would take between 2-3 hours and it took 4 hours. I think over estimating the time would be better.
