When I first entered the service center, Zachery was sitting at his desk and didn't greet or acknowledge me at all, even though I was standing right in front of him. He just looked at me without saying anything. It wasn't until someone behind him told him to assist me that he finally got up and helped.
His attitude was very unprofessional and unfriendly from the beginning. I was there for a recall service and had requested a loaner car, but even then, Zachery made the process unnecessarily uncomfortable and unpleasant. He was very blunt and said “no loaner car available”.
He also told me I would receive a follow-up call that day, but I never heard back— even the next day. I had to reach out myself to get an update, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and have no intention of returning to this Honda dealership. I would rather drive farther to another location than come back here again.

Darin is awesome! I have worked with him in the past and have always been satisfied, but yesterday he went above and beyond. He tried to help me set up my phone/car communication. Unfortunately it appears the phone button on my car’s menu does not work and I will have to bring it back in, but he tried for 20 minutes, checking and trying to factory reset. Darin is always helpful, but I felt he gave excellent customer service yesterday. Thank you Darin!
