Darin was Awesome! Everything you want in someone who works closely with clients. He was easygoing, friendly, and genuinely engaging. While he wasn't the one doing the oil change itself (the mechanic or car doctor), he was the person who talked me through the process.
WHAT really stood out to me was how authentic the interaction felt. One thing that really bothers me in service or sales roles is when people make the conversation feel rushed or transactional--like they're just trying to get on to the next person. With Darin, it never felt that way. He took the time to answer my questions, talk through my concerns, and even engage my banter outside the service. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and genuine.
The kind of social interaction is what keeps people coming back. Darin struck the perfect balance of being professional while still being personable, and I really appreciate that. It turned what could've been just a routine oil change into a surprisingly positive experience. No, seriously, people like that can be hard to come by in service sales jobs. It was really refreshing--exactly the kind of experience that builds customer loyalty and reflects well on Honda. I'll be back. =)

Simon was good at checking me in for service. He thoroughly went over what was needed and listened to my concern. Where I am dissatified and I don't know if Simon oversees this but when I went to get in my vehicle to leave it was unlocked! This may not be a major concern to anyone at Hardin but it is to me BIG time. I absolutely hate my car to be unlocked. So I'm not sure who parks vehicles after service but I'd like to have that addressed. Thank you for your time and I will specifically ask for my vehicle to be locked when it gets parked after service.

Almost everything was perfect. Service advisor Zachary Nyman was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was quick and efficient and answered all of my questions patiently. Although everything went well, I did not receive my car by the estimated time given in the beginning. Time promised was 845am, but ended up getting my car back at 925am. Had I known it would be after 9am, I would’ve taken the courtesy shuttle back home and picked up my car at a later time. However, overall, the experience was positive.
