Zach, was great. Friendly and very professional. What is disappointing was as soon as I pulled out of the driveway of the dealership the low tire pressure sensor came on. I paid for Honda Care when I purchased my vehicle, but not having my car for half the day and the inconvenience of having to go to a dealership isn’t ideal. The cost benefit just is not there.
I do want to reiterate that each person I have worked with in the service department has been great.
