I’m not sure who caused my dissatisfaction. I showed up for my 7:45 a few minutes early. I was told that they would do an oil change and rotate my tires and it would take about 2 hours. I always wait for my can and it usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Just over 3 hours of waiting I went to my service rep but he had a client. I spoke to a manager and was told that the system had gone down 20-30 minutes prior. I explained that that issue started after my 2 hours. He told me to be patient and it shouldn’t be much longer. So I went back for about 15 minutes. I waited for William for about 10 minutes but he still had the same client. Another rep saw me and asked if could help me. It turns out that William had my papers, prior to me speaking to a manager. Expressed my concerns to manager once again. Told him that when I was sent back to wait, my car had been ready.

My car servicing was more than satisfactory, unfortunately when I picked my car up i realized there was a large scratch on my inside passenger door as well as dirt/ dirty handprints along my glove box and seats as well as what looked like a dirty shoe print on my chair.
I would appreciate if someone could follow up in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15 am i also asked if they can give me a complimentary wash on my vehicle , service rep said yes no problem. i was also interested in looking at vehicles an traded mine in. well of course they got right on that to try an sell me a vehicle. my car wasn’t ready until 5 hours later and when i picked up my car , it wasn’t washed. very disappointed in the customer service..

It was a busy Friday The only thing I would suggest to Kristen that she should try to communicate a little better with her clients. I didn’t receive any updates on my service
