The young man that took care of me was very professional. If I was hiring right now, he would be a great candidate, especially when I showed up on the wrong day. I apologized and offered to come back on the right day. He offered to see if he was able to work me in anyway if I didn’t mind hanging around a little longer. I said yes and he worked me in. Now that’s customer service.

I had an appointment at 10:30 waited until 12:30 and was told it would be a few more hours so I rescheduled. I was very disappointed, one other time I stopped in because I didn’t know how to take get a maintenance message off and the one gal there said she couldn’t help me I had to figure it out. Maybe she was having a bad day but I bought my Camry from you and just expected better service. I was with Ford before and they always treated me well

Customer service (paperwork) is Great! However my car didn’t get washed as requested and my license plate holder wasn’t switched out as well.. I was hoping to see the difference and since it’s my only day off of work I was hoping to do those 2 things less for the day. I ended up leaving not so happy.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 1pm. At 3pm it still wasn’t ready. I asked if they had an eta and was told an hour. It ended up getting being closer to 90 min. I left just before 430p. Had I known it would take 3.5 hrs to do an oil change, I would have gone home and come back later. I wasn’t told it could take 3.5 hrs. I assumed that making an appointment would have expedited the process. In addition, no one said “hey, we’re sorry about how long it’s taking. We’re busier than we thought we would be. We appreciate your patience and understanding.” Had they said something like that, I would have been far more understanding. There were other things that soured me on the experience today as well, but the wait and indifference to how long it took was the biggest issue.

Danielle was AMAZING! Give her a raise, she is more than deserving! I can’t say enough about how she communicated and went above and beyond! Danielle was exceptional! Unfortunately Jason at the service desk area was the complete opposite. ( that was the name displayed on the wall of the station where he was) ew! Don’t be in customer service if you’re going to make snide remarks( “that’s hilarious”, now he’ll know who I am) when someone walks away from you. He was condescending and didn’t want to be of any help.( at least not helpful to me) it was obvious to me he was “bothered “ by my ethnicity. Find some happiness or a different job.

The bottom panel under the doors was not painted. I sent a text asking about why but never got a response from Tony. The paint is also bubbling on one of the door handles. Is there any way these areas can be painted/repainted?

The representative that was working with us, which her name is Kristin Masson was rude & had an attitude from the moment we got to the service center. We waited almost 3 hours for us to get our car back & when we did get it back, all she said was to sign our signature & gave us our keys to be on our way. She didn’t go over the paperwork with us & every dealership I have been too, they have always gone over the paperwork with me to let us know how it was. Also, our car was not brought out to us to the front, we had to walk back to where they keep the cars done to find our car & even after we did all that there was trash in our car, the plastic they use to cover the seat and the paper mat. Once I got to my car, there was a gentleman unsure his name, but he said that the car should have been brought out to us & the trash should have been cleaned. I’m sure he could see my frustration after waiting almost 3 hours just to deal with more of this. I hope this review gets to the dealers attention because it was such a very disappointing experience.

It shouldn't take 2.5 hrs to change oil and rotate tires. I never wanted the dang service plan and now I'm stuck with it and wasting so much time trying to get in, which took 2 weeks , and then wasting 2.5hrs of my weekend. Then my car wasn't even brought around so I couldn't find it for like 5 min and no would help.
