Edward was very professional, personable and helpful.When he put the first claim in for the parts needed he told me they were under warranty but when the parts arrived the upper arm suspension wasn't ordered they weren't approved under the warranty but Edward put it back though and got everything approved. I'm very satisfied with his customer service.
