Service from Kristin was very good Just had a fuel pump replaced two years ago and that needed to be replaced first one lasted 17 years . Was informed it only had a year warranty. 2,650 dollars latter it was on the road again. Service was fast Kristin was very good. Over the years this store has kept this truck on the road. Thank you

Miguel Ruiz was great to work with. He’s the first person in a few years who has been able to tell me why my wireless phone charger doesn’t work with my iPhone and took me seriously when I had questions about the odd wear pattern on my tires. I was originally placed in front of the other Miguel’s desk. He ignored me and was rude. I honestly had a two star review on google typed up but decided not to post it after dealing with Mr. Ruiz. I don’t think it’s that hard to acknowledge the presence of someone standing in front of you for three minutes. I understand he was busy but it’s customer service 101.

the man that checked me in was courteous, and efficient, very good. the wait time is too long....when an appointment has been made. When i checked out , the service writer I originally had was not available, so i stepped to another one with no customers. He ask my name, and continued talking to his co worker and was very distracted the entire time. He finally found my papers, not going over charges at all, jut stated the total owed. I wanted to use apple pay , he said ok go around the corner. I was left standing there having no idea where "around the corner " was. SO I said 'what corner?" it was totally awkward, but he finally called from afar to alert me where he'd gone. IThat transaction was complete, i returned to his window. He informed me my car was "just outside over there" Again, WHERE?? he pointed out the window to an adjoining parking space. I had no idea where he went and floundered around outside until I spotted it. He seemed very irritated at having to take any time at all away from the ongoing discussion with his co worker, and the bag of orange doritos he was eating. I left there feeling very irritated and angry at being treated so badly.
