Well this is the second time this year that you didn’t wash my my truck, I expect a wash when you say yes we can do that for you, I feel you that you use it it as an up sale pitch when when you are trying to get me to buy more services from you with one of the services that I paid for or the package that I paid for came with a free cabin air filter my cane and filter was still in there, and it was dirty. It needed to be changed last time when I paid for one, it was replaced, and my can in filter was put in a plastic bag set in the backseat of the vehicle on this particular vehicle, which is the Tacoma. I am not talking about. I am talking about my Mazda that I took to the Mazda dealership, they took out the Canaan filter, put it in a plastic bag and put in the backseat and replaced it with a new one however, again the package that I bought explains that it comes with a new air filter cabin air filter that is. As you can tell, I am not satisfied with the overall service and I would like to take my truck back or schedule a time that I can take it back to have the cabin air filter replaced. Also, the courtesy wash that you promised
