Waited 3 hrs for an oil change only update was that there was a nail in my back passenger tire that they almost were done with it only update until I saw my car just sitting in the parking lot asked if it was done since it was just there Tony couldn’t find the keys finally got my car was driving out the lot when I notice the tire pressure light my passenger front tire was at 18 psi went back they put air in it got home and received a txt that there was a miss comunication that the nail was in the front passenger and was not fixed now I’m at home with a flat tire!

I was completely satisfied besides the fact they left a corner of my front trunk open, I didn’t notice until later in the day after I’d already been driving and that could’ve been bad. Also, I don’t know if this is avoidable or not, but every time I’ve gotten my car back from their service the leather on my driver side door is more melted. It was never like that until I started taking it into this specific dealership, eventually I’ll just have to get the panel replaced and hope it doesn’t happen again. Service guys are always nice though!
