Was not prepared for my vehicle. Knew before hand what safety recall procedure they knew needed to be done to car, yet they failed to have necessary parts or at least contact me about rescheduling. Misleading pricing when it came to windshield wipers as there was a ($0 fee that I approved). Rescheduled me for a wrong date when we agreed the available date, did not get back to me via message when I inquired about the date error. Nor did Tony take care of my concerns when I arrived. I took time off from work for this to not have the recall properly taken care of.

Tony is an exemplary service agent. He is responsive, friendly, very knowledgeable and a good communicator with clients. He also maintains his cool when a lot of people are demanding his attention. He goes above and beyond. I called and left a message this morning about a problem and he got me in for an appointment this afternoon. He remedied everything for me in addition to getting my car washed and shined up. I am always satisfied with the outcome when Tony is involved.

The left front roof weather stripping came loose in a car wash. I got told that is not under warranty!
Can you not any more drive with a car over $40,000 (Highlander hybrid LE) through a car wash safely????
No other car I saw there had a problem!!!!
