They were not sure when my van was going to be ready

I was unhappy with service & I called the service manager & they never called me back

I did not receive status updates by text or email. When checked in person i was told the vehicle was ready. At which time i was offered a car wash which i accepted and again was not notified of its completion. When i came to ask i was told it had been done for awhile.

I informed the service advisor that I would be waiting in the designated waiting area. After a while I checked and my service had been completed 40 minutes earlier. Why was I not summoned? Also, I received a text over 24 hours later that my vehicle was ready to pick up. This is not very good customer service. Based on this visit I would not recommend your facility.

She needs more experience or training. She was going to charge me when it was already paid for. My vehicle wasn't given a wash. Overall, we all need practice. I will be shopping elsewhere. Your technician was prompt and delivered his opinion what was needed

Car was ready in record time!

She lied so that the dealership wouldn’t have to cover the repair under warranty. I had brought the car in for service 2 months earlier with Jesse **** and I made him aware of everything and he claimed that the issue was we needed to use Toyota parts which I thought was suspect. But I went ahead with the repair which cost me $1032.95 on July 13th. Then on 10/8/24 I had the car towed to the shop because the check engine light was on again. I had it checked at Autozone and they said it was the coil again. But Kristin Masson tried to say it wasn’t a warranty issue. She lied and said that I had work done by someone else in between 7/13/24 and 10/8/24. Which I have records that will prove I did not. And then on top of it she sent me a text that said the repair would cost me $757.55. And I told her to go ahead. Then when I went to pick up the car she said it was $927.51 because she was adding on the $149 for the original estimate. Which btw Jesse did not do on the original repair. And is not normal practice what shops do if you get the work done. I will not ever buy a Toyota again. And I definitely will never be back to Toyota of Hemet. I’m pretty sure that the check engine light will come on again soon, because of the practices at this dealership. I will make sure that I tell my friends about what happened and I will leave as many bad reviews on as many platforms as possible.
