Kristin took great care of me and my vehicle. I would like to suggest that the waiting room be stocked again with pastries. It was removed when the new owner took over. Overall, the employees are great and courteous.

I arrived for an 8:30 am appt. After checking in, I waited for 45 minutes before returning to the service desk to get a status. I was informed they hadn’t even checked my car yet and I’d probably be there for 3+ hours. I waited another hour before going back to the service desk (having been there for 2 hours) for status. At that point, I was told a cap hadn’t been tightened when I was in for my last oil change and that was what caused the oil/gas smell and leaking, and that it would be approx 20 minutes to complete service. It was.

I paid to have my cabin air filter changed but they didn't do it. They told me they didn't have my glove box key after I got home. So I paid 53.00 for nothing. I waited 3 hours for my truck. They had plenty of time to ask me for the key. So if they couldn't do it why did they charge me.
