William was wonderful! He was friendly , efficient but most of all he went above and beyond to get my maintenance done in a very timely manner. My husband was not happy with me because we did not bring 2 cars ! He was not happy thinking we had to wait 2 hours . William picked up on his mood and my car was ready in 45 minutes! Great job William ! My husband has a medical condition which makes him a little difficult ???? so Thank you ????

Danielle was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole appointment. It took a very long time to complete the service but Danielle and the technician who worked on my car were both very determined to fix my issue and they did. For that I am eternally grateful. Not very friendly, I explained I was new to this dealership, that the one I bought from was way too busy and far. I asked for a car wash, it took two hours to do the services and I received a text my vehicle was finished I went to look for Kristen/Kirsten and she gave me my keys. I went to my vehicle and it Was NOT washed. She put the blame on two young men, No one was apologetic. At this same visit I went to the parts department to look for a basket for the top of my vehicle, the service guy was very helpful in giving me a price but said I needed to go to Kirsten/Kristen for ab estimate on service charges to install it. She said "I don't know" and proceeded to ask her adjacent coworker in service and he also said he didn't know. He wanted to know what kind of vehicle and I pointed to my vehicle and he turned and said sharply " Well I am not a mind reader I didn't know". I played it off with a Halloween joke about being a magic mind reader. In the end he just said "I don't know" and I replied that maybe my husband could figure it out, he was the one that wanted to know. All in all the lack of initiative in trying to find the information on installing a roof basket for a customer is not very service friendly. Did they have a million people at their desks? No. So it could have been addressed better. I can take my installation of the product to someone else that has initiative to have it sold and installed than to try to weasel information from a dealership. I wish I didn't have to complain, but how does one improve if not made aware?
