We were very upset with how long we were there for. We got there for our 9:30 appointment and our car for just it's regular maintenance was not finished until 3:40. We will not be bringing our vehicle back to you. We will pay to have it serviced somewhere else. On a side note Danielle Contreras was fabulous! Only highlight of our ordeal.

Yesterday, I injoyed my service check up on my 2017 Toyota Corrola with Tony. He made me realize even though my car is getting older I still have a great car. I’m glad I own my car and have the Toyota Service departments Manager Skyler and his service providers Will, and Tony making each visit always a positive experience.

I don’t like leaving reviews, but the service is so bad I feel obliged. You whole service department team doesn’t want return customers so I’m gonna do them a favor and not return. Poor communication and coordination and wasting customer’s time with zero regard or respect. I can’t give a company money for that. Overall very lame team with **** attitudes. You guys are the epitome of Hemet and your business deserves to suffer because of the crew you have working the service counter. Weak service
