I was overcharged $65 for an oil change that had been prepaid. I also didn’t receive the courtesy car wash. Also service writer did not return any phone calls or text. I have been coming here for over 10 years and bought several cars from here. This is probably one of my worst experiences ever. Jason, Kevin, and Anthony are great. Hopefully, I can be scheduled with one of them next time. My last two experiences weren’t great.

There was red paint and small dents, scratched on my door. I left William Barnhart a voicemail to get back to me and i am waiting on that. There was red and white chalk on the inside of my carpet, so I am assuming it has something to do with the red paint scratch and small dents.
