Good customer service and fast turn around time

Im new to Toyota but since joining the family I have been helped by a few good and exceptional people. Kristen Masson beat them all. Best customer service experience I’ve had. She explained everything with comforting knowledge and a room brightening smile. 10/10.

Service today was mediocre at best. Every time I’ve gone in the past my vehicle has been washed after service, no questions asked and I appreciated this service. Today, I asked my service guy about why it wasn’t washed today and he replied “that’s by request only and it will add an additional 30 minutes to your service.” This information would have been helpful when he checked me in. Never have I had to “request a wash”. I was under the impression it was a service provided to your loyal customers.

I was told by Isabelle about the 9.99 car wash and cabin air filter change. I also added a oil change. When I got the car the car wash wasn't done.

Don’t bother with contacting me unless it is refunding me the money I spent so your team could sell me tires. I work and train on million dollar machines, so I understand mechanical things. I have had a vibration in the driveline and a possible issue with the rear passenger wheel and wanted those things checked out. It seems to me all your mechanic did was drive the truck 1 mile and determined it was due to under inflated tires. I will concede that the tires were creating some vibration, but I don’t believe it was related to the vibration I felt in the driveline. The paper work stated that an inspection was conducted and the tire pressure was corrected to 36psi. The tires were still low and I seriously doubt anything else was done. The sales rep did not get back to me until the next day. He stated that he tried calling and texting which I never received until he called the next day. I have never had any problems getting text or phone calls from place in the past when I was getting my truck serviced through you. My phone is set to silence unknown calls, but I still receive them. It appears to me that all the representatives that have worked at Gosh before are gone and I can see why. You are putting too much work on these guys and they are not able to serve your customers in a timely fashion. I will not be getting any service from you in future as you proved to me that you are not interested in serving your customers other than to make money off them. Toyota has really disappointed me over the last few years. Your company is supposed to have the most efficient practices and yet it seems those efficiencies are only to boost profit and not benefit the consumer, you know the ones that are really responsible for your success!

I am very happy with the job they did on my car.I trust that they will do the right thing. The service writer was very kind and helped me very much.

Tony is knowledgeable about our 2019 Toyota 4 Runner and explains the service it needs in a clear manner. The service is done in a timely manner.
