Your service at check out is dofferent. The paperwork that a customer is now required to sign is not friendly. I asked questions and i was referred to a young gentleman who needs more experience in explanations.
Make the paperwork more user friendly.

My service rep. Did not seem knowledgeable about my service. Another Rep. had more information. I did not feel comfortable with all the information I received. The actual work was fine. The cashier was very friendly. I will chose another Rep. in the future.
