Advisor call to mention that he recommends a transmission fluid change. He said that there is a coupon for $220 for this change and is a good time to avail it. However, when i went to pay the invoice, i was charged the full amount. Can someone follow up with Phil. Emails to him bounce back.

I am extremely disappointed that nobody called me when my car was ready and nobody called me. Even worse, nobody told me the last shuttle is 4:30pm. I had to pay a Uber to pick up my car.
