Despite a glitch with the sensor calibration and the loose tire valve stem that caused a flat, Winston kept me informed of each development and explained how the correct diagnosis and procedure were finally identified and completed. I realize that oftentimes employees are dealing with situations beyond their control, so I appreciated Winston’s efforts to improve the situation (replacing my car key remote battery at no charge, expediting a shuttle ride for me to my work place, staying a little bit past his usual daily departure time so that I could meet him and have him show me the tire pressure sensor reset button in the glove compartment). He provided excellent customer care in a dynamic situation.
