I was completely satisfied with the customer care provided by Winston Wong. Despite a glitch in the parts department inventory (after-market sensors were defective), he kept me informed of the progress in diagnosing the car‘s repair status and worked with me to expedite the procurement of the factory-direct sensors. I will need to take my car back to Piercey on another day to get the factory-direct functional sensors installed (an inconvenience due to defective after-market parts being stocked in the parts inventory).
