I had to wait around of three hours to get a oil and filter change.
I took with the advisor and he tried to contact the service persons and nobody answered
Then I took with the service manager, he walked to the service to ask and he back, just said sorry must to wait 10 minutes more
25 minutes later a get my car back
I lost a dr appointment for my son
Really is a bad, bad experience with this service
