It took me 45 mins to be accepted by Piercy even though I had an appointment and then told by the attendant that I lied about the wait time.
Is this the reason bought the PRIUS FROM Toyota - and the prepaid maintenance?
I also have requested the bomber to call Toyota via message, and was not sent one.
Looks like Piercy is preventing me to complain to Toyota.
