Appointment time was not met today and had to wait in line for 20 Minutes .
Recording/Video of items needed was not clear and I thought I heard a bulb was out. I found I had two bulbs out and these were not changed or noted when I arrived home. These smal items that should just be included as part of the service .
A checklist would be more useful than the video. You can’t see anything on the video. Or use the video to show the problem.
