Marvin went way out of his way to accommodate us and help us get our car back on the road. I’ve never received such good services anywhere. He was very upfront about the costs, transparent about what would be needed, showed us where there were problems and explained what a good solution would be. He stayed later on several occasions to make sure we got our car back on the road as quick as possible, when several other employees wouldn’t even help us.

As always - Miguel was great to work with. He continues to demonstrate excellent customer service from the time I checked in until the time I picked up my car after service was completed. He had all my paperwork ready when I arrived and my car was out front, so I didn’t have to wait at the cashiers and for my car to be pulled up. He truly values a customer’s time and that is much appreciated for a busy working person in Silicon Valley. I would highly recommend Miguel. He’s proactive and attentive to a customer’s needs.
