I didn’t hear Diana say anything about the $300 for the transmission fluid, so when I pick up the car and saw the bill, I was asking her about it! And she gave me some attitude and said were you ‘zone out’, So I told her no I was not and I don’t like the way she say that to me at all! Very disappointed with her service and I am sad to see Phillip , Winston and Nam go, they all are great advisors!
