When I checked me records I found that services such as Inverter Coolant that were done not very long ago, were done again, and repeatedly, 3 times in less than 3 years. In my opinion this was unnecessary. Last 3 years, I spent
over $4000 for service alone. The vehicle is costing me more than buying a new one. I will buy my next car from Ford, not a Toyota.
I will share this information with others.

Hi who may I concern because I took the Toyota Prius for the Alarm installation they told me that going to be ready and few hours but before they take the car for the Alarm installation I asked for information about the what Cain of Alarm going to install and how is going to work.
At this point I do not know how the Alarm works because I turned on and I opened the door and didn’t make any sound or noise.
Please could you send me information for the alarm or I will go to car dealer.

Went in on a Saturday for an oil change and Wyman was a great help to notice that I had a leak on the head cover. I told them I had warranty and he followed up with Toyota on Monday since they were closed on the weekend. Called me
Monday and everything was approved and all work was done by Tuesday. Great customer service!
