Diana went above am doing beyond to accommodate my 2 Priuses’ recall services. Both my Prius would need a set of tires in a few months. One of your tires specialist provided a printout of what I would need, pricing and warranty info. They are a bit on the high side based on my experience. I asked that the specialist to check on Costco and America Tires. I have 5 cars in our family. I purchased one set of tires from Piercy and I purchased other tires from Costco and America Tires. Both of them offer better warranty services and tire replacement, based on my own experience. However, your specialist did not believe me and there is not much I can do to provide any other feedback to him. This has nothing to do with Diana.

Diana was very helpful when I came in for service. She was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of by asking if I needed shuttle service. It was nice that she went in-depth on my options about how my tires needed to be replaced. We went over different money-saving options that were available for tire replacement. Overall, exceptional customer service and a pleasure to work with.
