I will not be bringing my car back to Piercey Toyota. After being a loyal customer for over 6 years the customer service has really declined. I had an appointment this morning at 7:30 and didn’t get done till 11:40am for an oil change and to install a 5 minute clip on piece behind my rear view mirror. After 3 hours of waiting I checked in with Reza for the status of my car, and he said they are glueing the piece for the rear view mirror. I told them that it doesn’t need to be glued since the previous piece that was on there wasn’t. He called back and talked to the mechanic and they said it should be glued. When my car was done I checked the piece that they installed and it was installed incorrectly. They just glued the piece to my windshield not covering the chord that is connected to my rear view mirror. They also left black grease from their hands on the inside of my car on the ceiling that is light gray. Very unprofessional. Reza immediately took the car back to get the ceiling cleaned and for the part to be installed correctly. I didn’t leave Piercey until 11:40 after getting there by 7:30 for my schedule appointment. This isn’t the first time that I have waited this long for an oil change. If a customer has a scheduled appointment, there should be enough workers to accommodate the number of cars that need to be serviced in a timely manner. Customers cars should not be sitting in the back for hours until the car gets worked on.

The text msg system is somewhat misleading but Reza was pretty sincere in his job and tried to make it right. I also have some concern about the alignment result since there are couple red numbers (on range border) after adjustment. We will let you know if we feel anything is unusual.

My experience with Piercey Toyota and Representative Jason Martinez was an excellent one. I took my Toyota Camry to Piercey to have my 5,000 mile service completed. As this is the first time I owned a Toyota, I had some questions and concerns. Jason was, friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, which made me very comfortable and appreciated. Did not feel we were treated with courtesy when we asked to apply a coupon that we discovered on your website immediately after we paid for the service. Cashier sent us to talk with consultant (Brady) and he gave us a hard time. In the end we were able to get refunded for the amount of the coupon but it left us with a sour experience. Note: past consultants have always offered any applicable coupons even if we didn’t have it on hand. This coupon was for a wheel alignment which was not what I originally scheduled the service for. It was added on at the recommendation of Brady as preventative maintenance.
