Wyman was extremely professional. Kept me updated on my car and was very accurate on the price for my entire service. He also had a great sense of humor. Would recommend to all my friends with a Toyota.

The rental team was not very receptive and friendly. I felt as though the representative was condescending and blamed me for not having a reservation despite it being confirmed in my email and via phone. She appeared to be the supervisor or one in charge as she was providing others with prompts. I would prefer to try another location if a rental is needed next time. Other than that the experience was fine.
