Normally when they go to a dealership to get serviced, they also make sure To complete a car wash inside and out. It was surprising that it wasn’t part of it. Not a deal breaker and at least now we know.

When I got my car from the service department we tried it with 3 different wires and our usb charger didn't work. I had to go back and show it to the service advisor. At first he used his own charging cables to test it and it did not work. He had to turn of the car and turn it back several times and it finally charge it. I decided to just take my car back after almost 4 hours in the dealership. I told the service advisor that we will be observing this subject and it happened again and my wife was not getting a charge while she was driving. Currently we have to stop and turn the car off and on to see if the usb has a current to charge our phones.
